A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH

The descriptions given us in chapter twenty one are about to tell us that mankind will someday be the recipient of a new heaven and a new earth. It is describing a new spiritual heaven not a physical one. No attempt should be made to understand those sayings literally because they are very highly symbolically described.

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had vanished, and there were no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.

I heard a loud voice proclaiming from the throne; "Now at last God has his dwelling among men! He will dwell among them and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes; there shall be an end to death, and to mourning and crying and pain ; for the old order has passed away!" Revelation 21 : 1 to 21 : 4

In this new Revelation that has descended from God in heaven and which has being delivered to mankind by God's new Manifestation, we have been given many wonderful answers concerning this exceptional chapter. The following have been given to mankind by the returned Christ, God's new Manifestation for the new age in which we presently live.

* It is quite clear and it is also evident that the first heaven and earth actually signify the former Law of God. Since those laws have been replaced (passed away) by other laws which other divine Messengers have brought us, it is said that the former Law has disappeared. So when the Apostle John says that he saw a new heaven and a new earth, the meaning is that he saw that God had given mankind new spiritual laws which he has labelled as a new heaven and a new earth.

* The Law of God can also be described as the Holy City, the new Jerusalem. It is therefore evident that the new city is not made of stone, bricks and mortar, wood or earth. Because it is the Law of God that has descended from heaven and it is new.

We are all smart enough to realize that God would not send us a new Jerusalem from His heavenly world that would be made out of bricks or stone. No, that which is renewed is the Law of God. It is renewed in every new age or era, in every new spiritual cycle. God calls that new Law His new Jerusalem.

The new Jerusalem, the new teachings, is said to be like a bride adorned for her husband. Its meaning may be that this is something that is very beautiful and worthwhile studying.

Then he who sat on the throne said, "Behold! I am making all things new!" (And he said to me, "Write this down ; for these words are trustworthy and true. Indeed they are already fulfilled.") "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. A draught from the water-springs of life will be my free gift to the thirsty. All this is the victor's heritage; and I will be his God and he shall be my son. But as for the cowardly, the faithless, and the vile, murderers, fornicators, sorcerers, idolaters, and liars of every kind, their lot will be the second death, in the lake that burns with sulphurous flames." Revelation 21 : 5 to 21 : 8

The Great spirit makes all things new by renewing the Word of God to humanity. He is the Holy Spirit who sits on God's throne. He is the Great Spirit himself who told us that he is the first (Alpha) who animated the prophets of past eras. He also says that he is the last (Omega) to do so. He was the beginning and He is also the end of the prophetical cycle.

A spiritual drink from the water-springs of God's teachings will be given to all those who are thirsty spiritually. It will be given to all those who are in search of good sound principles, it will keep them alive spiritually. The meaning of the lake which burns with sulphurous flames is not to be taken literally as it is symbolic. It represents an emplacement in the spiritual world where all the satanically evil spirits mentioned in the prophecy go to after the death of the physical.

The only difference between a good and an evil spirit in the heavenly realm is : the good spirits shine like the stars of heaven because they have accumulated many good qualities. Because of their great spirituality, they are allowed to be close to God's throne. The evil spirits are much darker, they lack the necessary qualities (light). They are held far away from the throne mentioned earlier, they are also kept far away from any of those who are close to that spiritual emplacement. Therefore, It is said that they are in hell which is a condition that they have created themselves. In other words, they are far from God which is a condition referred to as been in hell. They cannot be close to God or His Throne or close to any of those who are around that wonderful emplacement. What a hellish situation to be in, to be residing in hell and to be kept so far away from such bounties and from such spiritual beauty!

THE BRIDE, THE WIFE OF THE LAMB, IS THE NEW JERUSALEM

The following paragraphs are also very symbolically described, they have a non literal meaning.

Then one of the seven angels who held the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and spoke to me and said, "Come, and I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." So in the spirit he carried me away to a great high mountain, and showed me the holy city of Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God. It shone with the Glory of God ; it had the radiance of some priceless jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

It had a great high wall, with twelve gates, at which were twelve angels; and on the gates were inscribed the name of the twelve tribes of Israel. There were three gates to the east, three to the north, three to the south, and three to the west. The city wall had twelve foundation stones, and on them were the names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb. Revelation 21 : 9 to 21 : 14

John is then taken, in his spirit form, to a great high mountain where he is shown the holy city, the new Word of God, which is the new Jerusalem that descended to earth from the heavenly world. It shone with the Glory of God. In other words, It shone with the Great one who looks like God. It shone with the teachings of the returned Christ. John is told that the bride, the wife of the Lamb, is the new Jerusalem that has come down out of heaven. We previously discovered that the new Jerusalem represents the new teachings that the returned Christ has brought to the people of the earth.

The meaning of the city having twelve foundation stones and twelve gates makes the number twelve predominant by also mentioning twelve tribes and twelve angels. What this means is that the new Jerusalem, God's new teachings which are contained in His new religion, will have twelve brand new principles that will be the foundation of that religion, of that holy city.

For those of us who have done some serious research, it has been discovered that the returned Christ gave us exactly twelve new principles which the world is badly in need of. It is a known fact because It was discovered through research, no one came and presented them to any of us, the searchers of the truth. It is the proof that a good search for the truth can definitely be successful.

Those new principles, that the returned Christ has given us, are now been presented you so that you may study them closely, all by yourselves. You may also determine if they are what our world needs very badly at the present time. It is for certain that, after you have studied them closely, your answer will be : "Yes, most definitely so".

The first principle says that :

each individual is responsible to search for the truth all by himself. What we have been told in the past concerning religion is not the complete truth. So we must search for that whole truth unhindered by anyone whatsoever. Should mankind decide to search for and discover the truth, the people of this world will become united for the first time in history.

The second principle says :

what the world of humanity needs very badly at the present time is unity amongst its people. Therefore, the whole world needs to be united into one big family.

The third principle tells us :

that what mankind needs badly at the present time in which we live in, is that religion should be teaching its followers love and affection. Religion should not be the cause of wars or disputes among themselves. Any religion that teaches otherwise should be laid aside and the people who belong to that religion should detach themselves from such false teachings.

The fourth principle says :

science and religion should be married so that the real truth may be uncovered. Whatever the intelligence of man cannot comprehend, religion should never accept. It can honestly be said that rites, rituals, and ceremonies of prejudices are definitely not the truth.

The fifth principle says that :

we must abolish all forms of prejudices because they are not constructive. Until we learn to rid ourselves of the various kinds of prejudices, our world cannot possibly unite as one big family. The war in the Balkans was caused by prejudices, religious and national prejudices. Religious teachers and evil politicians were again at the root of it. Afghanistan was another internal war caused by religious injustices. They will never learn, will they? Iraq was another whereby its leader murdered more than a million of his own people.

The sixth principle says that :

an equalization for the means of existence must be found. Some people are living surrounded by all the luxuries of life while others are starving to death or living in extreme poverty. We must find ways to equalize means of existence because everyone has the right to live, no one should ever be destitute.

The seventh principle says that :

everyone must have equality before the law. No one should ever be denied justice because he or she cannot afford to defend himself or herself in a court of law. All should have access to justice, equally.

The eight principle says that :

all the nations of this world must work towards establishing universal peace. The United Nations must be strengthened so that it becomes capable of preventing war or a new organisation should be brought forward, one that is capable of doing what is necessary. If war breaks out somewhere in the world, they must be capable of quickly putting an end to it. Peace in the world can only come about by the prevention of war from the various nations who have united together in a common cause and who are willing to take the necessary action when required to do so. It means that the world organisation must not have any powerful countries who have the power of veto. All countries must have a single vote whereby the majority rules.

The ninth principle says that :

we must insure that religion and politics do not interfere with one another. Religion should be teaching people how to live properly while politics deals with the physical conditions of the world. So, for that reason, they must be kept separate. Therefore, politic and religion cannot possibly ever unite because they carry separate functions.

The tenth principle says that :

we must continue to give woman equal rights as she has been created equal to man. She has been created by God himself who is the Greatest of Creators. He created man and woman equal to one another to have them complement one another. So they must be given equal rights and this must come about world wide.

The eleventh principle says that :

it is very necessary, in our every day living that we allow the power of the Holy Spirit to help us in all of our daily endeavours. Only then can mankind find true happiness. The power of the Holy Spirit cannot possibly operate within us unless we want it to and unless we request His help every day of the week.

The last but not least of the twelve principle is :

a good international tribunal must be established so that we can have peace in the world. The tribunal must be capable of dealing with dictators who take power over their own countries, or neighbouring ones, by the force of arms. They must be brought to justice and punished harshly for such acts against humanity. Then and only then will mankind advance spiritually in great leaps and bounds. As a matter of fact, we will advance so fast that we will also become space travellers. We will begin to study our gigantic universe and all of the various countless people and creatures who inhabit it, so we are told in the writings of God's new Revelation.

The Holy city, the new Jerusalem, will have a good foundation of twelve principles that are badly needed presently by all of the people of our world. The returned Christ, God's Messenger for our day and age, has brought us what the people of this world need badly.

The trouble with us is that we lack the will to do a thorough investigation. The fear that many people have of studying anything outside of their own family religion has actually hindered us from ever discovering the real truth. God never forgets about his own creation, mankind.

When mankind finds himself in trouble world wide, it is time to look and look hard because God has already sent someone to help us out. He does this by giving us new principles that are badly needed and which can rectify the problems that we are facing daily. So, what I am trying to say is that it has already happened. We have already been given those necessary principles but we have been asleep and we need to awaken spiritually.

The Spirit of Christ has already returned, He came to us exactly like He said He would, like "a thief in the night", and then he left again. He came with a very strange new name, the Glory of God. He came exactly as predicted in the writings of Revelation and in other prophetical writings.

The angel who spoke with me carried a gold measuring-rod, to measure the city, its wall, and its gates. The city was built as a square, and was as wide as it was long. It measured by his rod twelve thousand furlongs, its length and breadth and height being equal. Its wall was one hundred and forty four cubits high (144 - 1+4+4=9), that is, by human measurements, which the angel was using. The wall was built of jasper, while the city itself was of pure gold, bright as clear glass.

The foundations of the city wall were adorned with jewels of every kind, the first of the foundation-stones being jasper, the second lapis lazuli, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonynx, the sixth cornelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eight beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh turquoise, and the twelfth amethyst. The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate being made from a single pearl. The streets of the city were of pure gold, like translucent glass. Revelation 21 : 15 to 21 : 21

It must be mentioned again that the above paragraphs are very symbolically described and that no attempt should be made to interpret them literally. The number 12 is again predominant and so is the number 144. Twelve gates and twelve pearls, when multiplied by each other, gives us the number 144. Since 1+4+4=9, it is a reference to the ninth major world religion. It is that mentioned new Jerusalem that has descended from heaven, it has descended from God.

The above writings are trying to tell us that, in the Holy Land where 12 000 people from each of the 12 tribes of Israel returned to many years ago, is where this new world religion will have its seat. The number 144 (1+4+4=9) represents the world's ninth major religion which the returned Christ has brought us. So why don't we investigate the new? Are we afraid of discovering greater truth? You wont realize how beautiful the new teachings are unless you decide to study them on your own, unhindered. Its beauty is described in Revelation by saying that they equivalent in appearance to 12 priceless pearls.

We are also told that the twelve gates are now twelve jewels, each one of the principles are referred to as jewels because they are obviously very precious.

The new religion (city) shines with the teachings of the returned Christ

I saw no temple in the city; for its temple was the sovereign Lord God and the Lamb. And the city had no need of sun or moon to shine upon it; for the Glory of God gave it light, and its lamp was the Lamb. By its light shall the nations walk, and the Kings of the earth shall bring into it all their splendour.

The gates of the city shall never be shut by day and there will be no night. The wealth and splendour of the nations shall be brought into it ; but nothing unclean shall enter, nor anyone whose ways are false or foul, but only those who are inscribed in the Lamb's roll of the living. Revelation 21 : 22 to 21 : 27

The writings of the Apostle John continue to be symbolically described. We are told once again that the returned Christ, who is the one that looks like God and whose title is the Glory of God, is giving this new city, this new religion, all the enlightenment that it needs. The meaning of its lamp was the Lamb means that the Lamp, the religion, would have someone at the elm who was once slaughtered similarly to the way that a lamb is. The Lamb may be reference to the forerunner whose title is the "Door". He was slaughtered similarly to a lamb, He was killed by the politicians and the religious teachers of His days.

The returned Christ was animated by the same Holy Spirit who had previously animated Jesus and who had spoken to the world through him in a previous era. In other words, He was animated by the same Holy Spirit who had also spoken through Him, 2 000 years ago. The returned Christ also suffered great hardships which were brought upon Him by the leaders of the Persian and Ottoman empires. He was jailed and exiled for a period of over 40 years because of the new teachings He was bringing to humanity and which the people of those days could not accept.

Let us remind ourselves that, in Revelation chapter three, we where told that Christ would have a new name when He returns to give us new teachings that are labelled as the new Jerusalem. Here is the mentioned prophecy that has been written in very few words.

...that new Jerusalem which is coming out of heaven from my God, and my own new name.
Revelation 3 :12

Those of you who have studied the presentation concerning the "Return" of Christ already know that the new Jerusalem descended from heaven represents the new teachings that the returned Christ has brought us. The prophecy also says that He would have a new name at His second coming. Therefore we have no choice but to look for a name given us in Revelation, in its last chapters. We did not previously understand it because it is a strange name indeed.

Here it is, no more guessing and no more speculating will be needed on your part. You are finally going to be told what that new name is, although it is doubtful that you will believe it. On the other hand you do not have to accept anything that has been presented because you have a choice which is to further investigate what has already being said.

That new world religion, that was continuously mentioned, is the Baha'i religion. The writings of Revelation have foretold its coming. It is the new Jerusalem that came down out of heaven. It is the ninth major world religion, it has already made its entrance into practically every country of the planet.

It was also mentioned previously that the returned Christ has been labelled, in the writings of Revelation, as the Glory of God. What you have not been told yet is that in its own language, Glory is translated as Baha and God translates as Allah. When we assemble the two words together we have a very strange name indeed, we have Baha'u'llah. It was Christ's new name at His second coming. He was sent by God. He was the founder of the world's ninth major world religion that has 12 brand new principles that have already encompassed most countries of the earth.

Baha'u'llah was the one also known as Michael in numerous biblical prophecies. One of the reasons why biblical writings labelled Him Michael is because God knew that the people of this world would not accept the strange name of Baha'u'llah. Another reason is : the returned Christ is also the Archangel Michael, one of the highest angelical entities of the spiritual Realm.

The eight major religion was given to us by the man known under the title of the "Door", that young man was the Messenger of Shiraz. He was Baha'u'llah's forerunner, he came to prepare the way for Baha'u'llah the same way that John the Baptist had prepared the way for Christ at his first coming.

The Door, the young Messenger of Shiraz, was the return of the Spirit of Elijah and Baha'u'llah was the return of the Spirit of Christ. Both of their returns had been well prophesied. It has been a well kept secret, has it not? However, a secret is no longer a secret after someone has discovered it by researching scriptures very carefully. With God's help, we have discovered valid answers to many mysteries that were previously unknown to us. The majority of the people of this world still do not want to accept or investigate that Christ has returned to this world as promised, with a new name. We have discovered through research that His strange new name is Baha'u'llah. He is mentioned many times in the last chapters of Revelation under the English name of the Glory of God.

The following presentation will be covering the topic of the twelve new principles that are also labelled as the twelve precious jewels.

God's new religion is like priceless pearls
